Cancer: hopes and challenges



As part of the World Cancer Day activities, the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer (IRIC) of Université de Montréal is organizing a breakfast-chat on the Leucegene Project.

This project’s mission is to develop tools that will help improve the prognosis of cancer patients. 

For the occasion, four speakers and Investigators at the IRIC will discuss the subject:

  • Guy Sauvageau, M.D., Ph. D., F.R.C.P.(C), FRSC, Molecular Genetics of Stem Cells
  • Josée Hébert, M.D., F.R.C.P.(C), Immunology-Oncology
  • Philippe Roux, Ph. D., Cell Signalling and Proteomics
  • Sébastien Lemieux, Ph. D., Functional and Structural Bioinformatics

The event is free and will be hosted by Yanick Villedieu!
