    The program aims to support and enhance GE3LS research that addresses important and overarching challenges that affect the adoption and uptake of the outcomes from genomics research and/or accelerate the synthesis and dissemination of research pertinent to users, including policy-makers within the human health, the agriculture/agrifood and/or aquaculture/fisheries and the natural resources and/or environmental sectors.

    The total funding envelope for this competition is $3 million from Genome Canada. Genome Canada’s contribution will range from $500,000 to $1 million CAD per project; at least 50% of the remaining of the project’s funding will have to be provided by other sources of funding.

    The process will consist of a mandatory registration followed by a full application.
